I am excited to work with the Delone Catholic and Gettysburg Area High School class of 2024 again this year!  Your senior year is an exciting time, and I strive to make your senior portrait session an enjoyable experience.  All students must be photographed for the yearbook formal at my studio to meet the requirements set by the school.  The formal session will take about 15 minutes, which includes being photographed and selecting the photo for the yearbook. You will receive a 5×7 print of the yearbook portrait that you select, included in your $25 session fee.

There are three options available for your session, and the links to schedule each type of session are listed below.  Please select the link for the type of session that you are interested in, and then select the date and time that you would like to reserve. Studio Location:
The studio is located at 25 Montclair Road, Gettysburg which is right off of route 116 Hanover St. and route 15. There are two Montclair Roads, so if you are coming from Gettysburg, turn right onto the first Montclair, and if you are traveling from Hanover you will want to turn left onto the second Montclair. The studio is the first brick building on the right and there is a water company beside it. Once you are on Montclair Road, you can't miss it! Park anywhere in the paved parking lot. If you arrive more than 5 minutes before your session, please wait in your car, as another session will most likely be finishing up.

- Layers photograph well & add interest! Example: Jean jacket over a dress, flannel shirt over a t-shirt.
- Dark colors are slimming.
- Long or short sleeves photograph best. Tank tops are great for layers.
- Accessories add interest! Think jewelry, scarves, hats, etc.
- Think about your complete outfit, including shoes.
- Nails should be clean and natural or freshly painted, as they will show up.

The Senior Experience includes a location of your choice and I have several favorite location options within 15 minutes of our studio for you to choose from! You will receive an email after scheduling with a location guide.  Think about anything that you would like to include to make your session more personal, such as sports uniforms or equipment, pets, instruments, your car, or any other fun accessories!

The Senior Experience

Scheduling :
The session fee must be paid in full at the time of scheduling, as it is holding your spot in our calendar. We understand that emergencies do happen and if you need to reschedule your session you must give 24 hours notice. No shows will be required to pay an additional session fee to reschedule.  Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes before your session time, so that we can utilize the full amount of time that has been set aside for you.

Session fees:
Your session fee includes your portrait session, editing of your favorite photo and submission to the yearbook. You will also receive one 5x7 print of the image that you select for the yearbook. The session fee does not include any additional prints, digital files, or any other product. Print and product orders are placed online or at your ordering session.

Payment :
Brienna Richelle Photography accepts cash, check, and credit card. Upon request, payment plans are available. A 50% deposit is due when placing your order and the remaining balance must be paid at the time of pickup.

Inclement weather:
If you select a session that includes an outdoor location, the studio will contact you if we need to reschedule due to inclement weather.   Overcast skies are not a problem, however, rain or high winds would result in the need to reschedule.

Retouching & proofing :
The photos that you view at your session premiere will have basic editing, but we do full editing on all purchased images and the photo selected for the yearbook. Full editing does include removal of blemishes and glare on glasses.

Optional social media preview:
If you would like a preview of your photos on social media please check that on your scheduling form. You are welcome to tag yourself and share, but do not alter the photo in any way, including removing the watermark.

Copyright:
All images are copyright protected, and it is illegal to scan or reproduce photos created by Brienna Richelle Photography. This includes taking screen shots or removing watermarked images in any way.  Please respect the time put into making each photo a finished portrait.
